With this pandemic and people losing their jobs, it is understandable that people suffer some kind of tension. When you are busy wondering if your business will hold and how you will pay your employees, you are bound to be anxious. Stress in itself is not bad because it may motivate you to look for other avenues to get money. But when it paralyses you and you cannot do anything, then you need help.
Sometimes people don’t realize that they are stressed. They carry on their work as usual without realizing that they need to talk to someone about what is bothering them. It may not be obvious to them that they need help so they may not look for it. One of the signs that you need help is when you cry for no reason. Every little thing may trigger you to start crying. You cannot understand why you are so emotional. This may be a sign that something is disturbing you and you need to make peace with it.
Another sign that you are feeling stressed is when you cannot fall asleep. You go to bed and count stars till early morning. When you fall asleep, it is not restful. You turn around in bed until time comes for you to wake up. When you realize that you go through such things, then it’s time to be introspective. You need to go deep to find that which keeps you awake at night. Ignoring the problem will not make it disappear.
